Scout blaster test fit in SC boot holster

Recommended Posts

Hi all, I'm just getting started on my build and want to get other people's opinions. I got an SC armor kit and a blaster from a prop maker in southern California. The blaster is 3D printed and overall looks good. My issue is it looks a bit small to fit in the SC holster. What say you that have more experience.

Rather than uploading, you should open a free account with Photobucket or another free image hosting service. Then, just link as many photos as you want to your post (similar to my banner). The problem with uploading here, not everyone can see them.

On the blaster, yes it's a bit small. It looks kinda funky sitting in the holster. But will not hold up your approval (since the blaster is optional).

Thank you, I will look into a photobucket. As for the blaster I thought it looked small http://m.ebay.com/itm/Star-Wars-Stormtrooper-Biker-Scout-Blaster-Pistol-Replica-1-1-scale-NEW-/231767778684?nav=SEARCH , I'm looking at maybe getting this blaster from eBay. Any thoughts?

That is an HFX (Sci-Fire) blaster being offered by Trooperbay. It's a good one. From time to time, HFX (Slavefive) will post up blasters for sale directly on BSN. Mike from Trooperbay is a great guy too.

Scout blasters ARE small, my man! They don't call them holdout blasters for nothing. If it's the same prop maker that I am thinking of, I've held that blaster and nothing unusual about it at all. Its about the size of the hyperfirm. Put some magnets in your boot and in the blaster and you'll be good to go
