Shoulder wrapping

I have been checking out biker scouts in my local detachment. I am about ready for the shoulder wrappings and I have seen just about all different materials used from the white elastic to the cotton webbing.

 

What material should I use for the wrappings? The duck cloth from the cummerbund, the white cotton webbing from the belt boxes, or the white elastic?

I used the cotton duck cloth from the cummerbund. I just folded it over and sewed it.
