T-assemblies and velcro

Do any of you glue the velcro to the elastic for connecting the armor pieces or do you sew it on?

 

If you glue, is E6000 ok or Zapagap or something else?

I tried glue. It failed. It failed hard. Maybe E6000 will work better, but I found glue with soft bits is not always the best idea. Never underestimate the power of how sweaty you become.

yeah does this apply to just biker scouts? Im currently debating how to attach my mandolorian armour to my flak vest for bobba....thinking of magnets on screw heads and velcro rims to keep it sturdy....lemme know about this elastic idea

I have tried Velcro that says it is peel and stick to fabric with mixed results. I wouldn't use it on my shoulders back had success with it on my pant leg to keep my boot close to my leg with the gun in the holster.

And I also will be about to put Fett armor onto my flak vest haha. Not sure which method I will pick as well.
