Personally I wouldn't use the bund template, the cod shape is wrong and you don't want the X stitch details, but it's good as a start point.

 

I personally use the first pouch template but the box width needs to be reduced to 1.75" as mentioned in Chefs pattern

Is the pouch thread gone? I'm not sure what it looks like on a computer but from my phone it is inaccessible..?

Lindsay, I'm on my comp and the Pouch link isn't coming up...I looked for it in the soft parts and there seems to be an issue with it, so your not going crazy. Are you in need of the pattern now?
