I have been trying to find the material that people use to prevent the camel toe effect on this. So you make the codpiece and attach the (what looks like plastic or fiberglass) to the bottom half section?

one last question for the cod. i measured mine at 10.6in top and 3.5in bottom. 11.8in from top to bottom

how much does the velcro section add at the top?

I use foam foam inside. 1/4 " low density and just make sure it's shaped right.
