tb2253
Hi All! I found this a while back while surfing the net for base guns. This store has peel and spray camo kits that I thought we could use to custom paint the BARC armor. It comes with all the paint needed for camo effect. Please let me know what you think. http://www.kapowwe.com/Merchant2/merchant....acoat-camo-kits
TB5994
IMO no, the paint scheme on the barc isnt clinical, its deffinatly not angled and uniform, a good old sponge and rag are whats needed to replicate this paint work, not an air brush or stensils. TB-7076
You can use airbrush ... but freestyle. But Tony is right, everything using strictly defined patterns such as stencils or similar techniques would fail to refelct the camo scheme of the Barc. Just look how it looks more improvised than machine-coated:
TB5994
lol, I was just about to post the same image Phil! Oh deffo, sorry, I didnt make it too clear b4, you can use an airbrush to aply the paint, but to get the finish shown, its easier to replicate with the rag effect when overlapping layers. If you use a sea sponge (or a man made equiv= cheeper) it gives a great mottling effect and replicates the cammo style very well!
tb2253
Hey, does anyone know what kind of base boots we can use to mimic the CGI ones? I was looking last night but I found something like these by Caterpillar. The middle part looks close but the rest of the sole is a bit too thin.
