Lancer T Strap

For Lancer does the T strap that connects the chest/back armor to the shoulder bell need to be cotton webbing (instead of elastic), and if so, what size? I'm having trouble finding any images or real info.

The shoulder straps do indeed need to be cotton, the same stuff the pouches and bund are made from. Elastic is not allowed, size wise really there is no hard rule, just doesn't want to be too big and scaled to you, best use reference pics and get it looking right

 

If your referring to the part that extends down to the shoulder bell, this is ok as black elastic, say around 20-25 MM elastic. Just need it disguised as best as possible

Can the shoulder straps be elastic, but wrapped in duck cloth to cover it? If the elastic is not visible on the shoulders does it matter?
