Are these Palladium boots approvable?

Hey guys, just wondering if these boots are approvable because they have a similar style to the sierra sneakers IV. I like the lower profile in the toe area and the soles are one color.

They look very similar to the Lugz boots I've seen a few folks post about. I'm not sure if any of those boot builds were completed, or if they went another way.

 

At a minimum, the sole needs to be painted unless they offer a "gum" sole (probably on a khaki version of the boot). They look workable, but not a lot of sole to work with so I'd plot out my pattern and cuts carefully.

Shops in ueno are starting to sell these. They have like a dozen colors for 40$. However the khaki ones are almost 100$...
