Has anyone solved this problem without buying a new holster. I'm thinking E6000 but want to solicit ideas from our experts first 😉

Yup I had the same problem. One of the two things you can do is take the holster off and trim it a bit more, but by the looks of it you may not be able to pull that off. I could be wrong. Two is if you have the piece that broke off and little super glue and a piece of old white t-shirt will do the trick. Just put the piece back in a little glue to hold it in place then add the fabric. It's poor man fiberglass. I've done both.

Ha, the super glue trick. That's EXACTLY what I did on my holster. Works great...

Excellent ideas! Thank you. I just happen to have some fiberglass Matt and resin leftover from a helmet repair. Unfortunately I do not have the missing pieces. I do have some scrap ABS.

Here it is after three layers of glass. It's not really noticeable from a few feet away. Before adding fiberglass I stuck the plastic together by wetting the edges with acetone.

Hi, I've got a crack in a similar place on my holster. Did you only put the fibreglass on the back of the crack?

Thanks. Does the fibreglass peel off? A friend of mine tested it for me but said that it seemed like it could peel off easily... any special preparation?

I brushed a light coat of resin onto the plastic then placed resin soaked fiberglass. Dab the glass with a disposable paint brush to get The air bubbles out. There is no way it's peeling off.

I taped the front so that I didn't get any drops of resin on it.
