Bigmac502 Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 Can anyone tell me the size difference between SC and Moncal shoulder bells? I have broad shoulders and my SC shoulder bells seem a little small. Thinking about swapping out for larger ones.

Bigmac502 Posted October 23, 2015 Author Posted October 23, 2015 Even the SC knees seem smaller. Moncal won't give me measurements on those so I'm hoping someone here can. From picture comparisons Moncal shoulders and knees seem bigger, but I'm also much taller than the Scout I'm comparing with.
bwattsup Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 I can take some measurements/pictures later this evening Patrick of my MC shoulder bells if no one beats me to it. I don't have SC armor to compare it to though.
Bigmac502 Posted October 23, 2015 Author Posted October 23, 2015 Thank you! I have SC armor. Could you also do the knees? MC wants $17 to ship just the knees so if the bells are bigger I'm hoping they'll throw them in the same box
bwattsup Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Sorry I didn't get the pics taken last night. I've got 3 troops today. Should be able to tonight when I get back.
Bigmac502 Posted October 24, 2015 Author Posted October 24, 2015 Thanks! No rush. My build is complete, just noticing things I want to improve
bwattsup Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 Again, Sorry Patrick. Here's the Bells. Knees to come.
Bigmac502 Posted October 27, 2015 Author Posted October 27, 2015 Thanks! Looks as if they are basically the same width and length on the outside measurements, but about 1" wider on the inside width. My SC bells are 9" on width and length. Looks like the MC ones flare out more. I could possibly get that by using a heat gun and forming them.
bwattsup Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 I honestly think the biggest difference between the two is how they flare from the top. SC is more angular, while MC is more rounded like the curve of a shoulder.
