Hi everyone!I know there are things to fix. So far I can see that I need to level out my boxes, fix the lining of my pouches, lengthen my cod strap, and trim my helmet some more. I also still need to put padding in my helmet, but I was so excited to have the finish line in sight that I wanted to take pics of my first full test fitting. Well scouts, let me have it! What else needs some work?

Left pouch looks a little too close in to me, TD rectangular piece is upside down & if you're going for weathering add a few more blaster scorches and grade the black marks into the armour but overall looking good :)

Add some Velcro to the triceps to stop them slipping down

I know about the TD haha noticed a week ago, but haven't turned it yet; used the wrong scout as reference :P Forgot to add it to the above list! And the pics came out very white when I compressed them. It is weathered, went with a light muddy/grimy look. I'll attempt grading the blast marks more. I'll take a better one of the arm more tomorrow. With a single pic, I won't have to compress it as much to make 500k. Thanks!

Oh and yes, Velcro! I have it on my forearms, better add to biceps too. I didn't sew the bottom Velcro on my cummerbund to fully attach the pouches as I wasn't sure of placement. Seeing pics and hearing feedback helps with that.

Took this with my phone just now. You can see a bit of the weathering better here. Do you think it should be graded more than that? How would you recommend going about it?

I think if you use an airbrush with grey enamel first (let it streak just a bit more so looks like a grazed/just missed shot) then add the black enamel blast mark.

There are probably a lot of ways to do it and I haven't done it myself but I think airbrush spraying is the way to go.

Best to find a weathered trooper and ask them really. :)
