milesd Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 A little confused by the no visible stitching on the ST boot sole requirement. The example photo on 501st clearly has stitching - http://www.501st.com...cout_boots.jpeg Also I recently bought this 18" figure and it definitely has stitching in the front half of each boot. http://www.kmart.com...4W008045782002P So where did the no visible stitching rule come from?
4505Marcel Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 Because the donor boots used in the film had no stitching, the first picture is super inaccurate and the figure. Well really that isn't a reference for too much detail 1
Chef Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 Here be no stitching. No two tone soles either! 3
stasz Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 Someday. I will find a pair of Sierras and devise a way to cast and retrofit a sole overlay to regular boots. This is my Grail. This is my quest. 2
