I was wondering what modifications the does the Red Kap coveralls require.

From what I can see in the pictures there does not seem to be suede patches, Butt Flap, Elastics and the collar will need to be modified. Would I be correct in thinking I would need to modify/adding all this?

Removal of all outer pockets, leg utility pocket removed, then leg sewn closed, Collar tab added or replacement of entire collar, 2" elastic around the thighs, faux suede (micro fiber) riding patch & mud flap for basic approval, Lancer Specs require real leather suede for mud flap & riding patch, take legs in apx 1 1/2". These are all mods necasarry to convert a Redkap work coverall into a 501st approved Biker Scout Riding Suit.

I would love a link to a tutorial if possible too, took a search but wasn't able to find much.

Is the collar only for Lancer? Could someone post a pic of how it looks please?

Try searching the forums for Mandarin or Mandarin Collar, and you should see various examples in people's build threads. That's what I did when I made mine earlier this year and it was great to see how others had handled it.

Does the thigh patch need a bridge or does that area get covered up?

It's best to bridge the riding patch, but the cod on the bund covers. So really I guess as long as it looks one piece once dressed you'll be good bro

I believe this is the way I am going to go. What do you mean by taking the leg in? Thanks! Greg
