Help with Red Kap suit

Just got my Red Kap suit in today. Everything fits good but the neck. The top snap is too tight. Can I just remove the snap showing and either patch it or extend the top over to cover it? I ordered a 42L, but I guess I have a large neck.

As long as you don't have any zipper showing Patrick, It's not going to hurt to remove the snap. You can always add velcro to that area to keep it closed. Plus, once you add in the mandarin collar, it should help keep it further closed.

Same for me. I leave it open and my vest covers it.

You don't need to remove it, just leave it open. I sometimes forget to snap the top button closed. Once your fully suited up you can not tell if it's open or closed.
