What is this decal for?

This decal came with my SC kit cant figure out what it goes on.

Looks like the tank rank stripes to me. They go on the top right hand side of your tank.

Yes, they should be your tank stripes. you should have up to, but no more than six on your tank.

I'm guessing they are for the boot holster, which you do not need. I am sure I found some info here that says they are not Lancer nor 501st basic cleared (but I don't know where). Someone please correct me if I am wrong. I may have been looking on another site.

Yup, those were meant for the Boot Holster... but are not accepted for CRL. Happened to me as well

That's what threw me off during my build as well, having a 5 Stripe Decal and not knowing where it went after already putting the other Decals on
