I'm in Japan. I've been trying to get my suit made for awhile now. Always other things that happen that hinder this. I'm a big biker scout fan. My gf at first thought I was odd but now slowly shares my enthusiasm.

We're all a little odd or we wouldn't be dodging trees at high velocities and chasing teddy bears around a forest...and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Agreed! Welcome. I have found this group very helpful. I am getting pretty far with my scout build, and these folks have helped a lot in many ways. Try to find someone in your area of Japan that is already a scout, too. Seeing the stuff in person does wonders!
