After a troop, how to clean ?

So I had my first troop last night, it was a blast ! I learned I need to pack a med kit of tools in case of breaks as my detonator end removed and I had nothing. Luckily others had e6000 on them, what a relief! ! I also learned I need to have tighter straps on my elbow pieces cause they kept wanting to fall down in the tight crowded areas of people and needed adjusting.

Anyhow, my question, before I wreck my suit and softparts. How do I clean it now , cause it definately got warm even my bells had sweat under them. My flight suit had the real suede. Sink wash? Everything else? Sorry if sounds dumb I just don't want to mess this up now that its finally done.

Just turn it inside out and pop it in the wash on cold.

As for the armour, I usually just have a towel to wipe out my armour. Every so often I take some 99% alcohol to them to clean the a bit better.

You might consider just sticking some velcro to the inside of your arm bits and sewing the other side to your suit. I do that and my arm bits never come loose. ;)

Yeah, I'd recommend sewing velcro to your undersuit and sticking some industrial stick-on velcro to the armor bits so that they don't shake too loose

I have so much velcro on my armour I went for an alternative solution - magnets! I have magnets glued to the inside of the undersuit and the inside of the armour pieces. It works very well, but of course the downside is I can't put it in the washing machine as they'll stick to the drum or get pulled off and do damage to something critical.

Honestly I fabrees the hell out of it and hang it up to air out. Cummerbund and armor, I like natural weathering so the dirtier the better. I wanna look like I've been on endor. Armor slippage is simple, sew on Velcro to your suit and add stick on Velcro to the pads. No more slipping!!! I had this issue at first and a friend my garrison said, "just sew on Velcro." Why didn't I think of that?!? Was my thought and problem solved!

I let my soft goods air out post-troop. The suit and balaclava are easily washed. The inside of the armor can be wiped down.

Like Bubonos, I'm a big fan of weathering, so the cummerbund gets aired out.
