kiel814
Looking good! It looks like you are based on the same file that I used (not the one in my profile picture). It seems strange that you had to enlarge some parts. Mine actually looks huge to me.
Murderink
I changed the scale and also changed a few parts in pep designer Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

bugdozer
For people like me who aren't familiar with this technique, can you explain how you're going to turn this into an actual hard helmet?
Murderink
For people like me who aren't familiar with this technique, can you explain how you're going to turn this into an actual hard helmet? Once all the card sections are completed, I will then brush on about 3 to 4 coats of resin this will then absorb into the card stock once dried it will turn it to a rigid plastic like substance. I will then layer fibreglass matting on the inside. Then Bondo on the outside and sanding to finish the detailing. The helmet next to the current build was constructed in the exact same manner. Murderink
A little more progress made, not much as I have been a bit sick. Put on a coat of resin and some body filler. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Murderink
As you can see still a few things that need to be corrected, re measured and cut to size the visor needs to be extended in the middle and length added to the sides but I'm pretty happy with how quick I have got this one made so far.
