So I have finally decided to get around to building a 1:1 scale version of the blaster, I starter one a couple of years ago from foam board and sintra but never got around to finishing it so I starter from scratch using the awesome blueprints made by Alan Sinclair. Here is the link to the PDF.

I had to check around the house for various scraps and found all the components I needed to start the build.

Once I was happy that I had all the required parts I cut the rough shape of the pistol out and made sure it was to scale from the single point scope I had previously purchased a few years back.

I then made a home made lathe using my trusty dremel and a clamp, take note you will need flame proof gloves for this part!!!!

Hospital trip put a pause to the work for a couple of hours while I waited to get a few stitches
