Next DC-15x Sniper Rifle (based on Marcel's build)

Hi I also built a sniper rifle based on Marcel's tutorial ;o)

 

I started last year in summer with a piece of wood.

There isn't a tutorial as such dude, folk are just using mine as the main reference, which can be found in my build thread in the section of the forum

Your build thread was my "tutorial" I have a few pics more, but I'm to stupid to upload them. It's like harrison fords " can do the kessel run in 12 parsecs. - can't use a door."

The gunstock and the rifle butt is made of wood, the Barrel is a metal table leg from ikea. The muzzle is made of wood again. For the upper round and the inner Barrel i used plastic pipes.

 

I got the bipod and the grips from a polish ebay trader and they are original.

 

The scope i got from a friend (respectively his grandfathers hunting gun) - it's a voigtlander scope, not really accurate, but I think it fits perfect, because it looks a little bit like a big m38a2 scope from the e11 ... it was difficult to install, because I had nothing to mount on it.

 

On the rifle butt i mount the cover from a fuse of a Neon Lamp and the Rest are parts which i found in garage.

 

The rifle is definitive an eyecatcher at conventions.

 

And in consequence of the functional bipod, and because it's a little bit longer than the dlt19s of my buddies, it's the star for the Kids and their fathers. ;o)
