First bucket.. Questions

Im going to buy my first bucket when I have enough money and that's very soon. But I need help.

Which is better? Kropserkel or studiocreations??

 

Kropserkel said this when I asked them if they have already built/finished biker scout helmets and if they send them international:

And when I go to SC it says:

I guess SC is cheaper? Buuut I want to know you guys opinion about this. Should I wait till I see something good on the trade/sell thread on here? or which site do you guys prefere? Krops or sc? Why? which reason is the one better than the other and such. Thanks in advance!

From what I understand about the different vendors is that generally speaking KS Helmets run a bit on the larger side and SC Helmets run on the smaller side.

 

Helmet assembly for the SC isn't too bad if you want to save yourself some money...If I remember correctly the helmet comes in four pieces; back, visor shield, face-plate, and top. But, totally understand having the helmet assembled there I enjoy my SC helmet personally, the Face-Plate lifts up all the way and allows for me to drink water or eat without having to take my helmet completely off.

If your getting items shipped from the US to Europe don't forget import duty and customs charges, this can catch you out sometimes!!

I'd pass on both & try to get an Altmann's bucket.

Better quality, comes pre-built & will be around the same price as the KS (if not cheaper).

But isnt an altmann's bucket very rare these days and not many sell those I've heard? Or do you know any sites that sell them?
