Also, you have to make sure the jacket and the pants are the same material or else the dyes just will not come out the same. Grumpy Posted April 23, 2015 Share Posted April 23, 2015 As long as the material is cotton it should be good. Just don't get the "ripstop" material. That just plain sucks! And, if you can get the shirt and pants from the same place, they should dye the same. If they are from different vendors, they might end up a slight different color. And when you dye them, if they have a slight purple tint to them, don't worry. That's just the black dye. I'll have a route through this weekend and see if I've got anything that maybe suitable. No promises as they could be a mishmash of sizes as I was quite skinny when I joined up. The shirt sizes are: Height/Chest - 170/96 (x2) and 170/104. The trousers are: Leg/Waist/Seat - 76/88/104. All of these sizes are in cm. You'll have to find a tape measure and see if they are plausible for you. If you want them, I'm happy to part with them for the price of postage. Andy. Was wondering if this style shirt would be suitable. It's actually made to be worn under armour, is less bulky and cooler to wear. Also since this is a different material than you pants (presumably) when you dye everything they could end up wildly different colors.
