Desprate need of a Scout blast before celebrations..

I am looking to get a scout blaster.. Long story short I got mine off of ebay on the 3rd. i got one response fromn seller that it will be delayed by the weekend then they would ship.. Now its almost April and my Kit is done except for the blaster..lol..

 

So is this even possible to get a blaster that quick..

 

Can anyone direct me to wear I may get one..
