DarthShlomo Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 Question about the vertical ribbing on the boots. Lancer requirements state: 2. Film-accurate vertical and horizontal ribbing cut into the heels of boots. Does this mean that the notches need to only be carved on the heel part of the boot, and not the front half, or toe portion, to comply with Lancer standards? Or was this supposed to say "sole."
Dart Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 I believe that the heel is more important. You can carve the entire sole, but as long as you have the vertical notches, leaving a horizontal line around the circumference (see photos in gallery), you should be good.
