Bobik96
The lighting is bad and I'm not wearing a balaclava.

BikerScout007
Other than the balaclava and the neck closure (is it there or did you forget to close it up) you should get basic clearance no problem. Lancer on the other hand..... need a few more touches!
Bobik96
Thanks. I'm not wearing a balaclava and the neck is open. I was doing a test fitting and decided to take some pics. Here is one with everything on. It's just a little out of focus. This one is also prior to me lowering the side boxes.
BikerScout007
It looks really good man! To be honest, I like the dropboxes up higher. The screen scouts wore theirs really close to the belt. I'm going to raise mine up a bit when I get a chance.
Chex
Only thing that kind of stands out to me, and maybe it's the lighting, is the color of the helmet. The white seems off, in comparison to the armor. Nothing to hold up approval though. Good job on the build!
Bobik96
Yeah the helmet is fiberglass. The lighting in these photos really exaggerates that. I plan to weather it down the road.

stasz
Man, you nailed the black detail around the snout. Everything looks killer. Good job!
Bobik96
Thanks John. I used 3M automotive trim tape. You can curve it and still get a straight paint line. It's expensive but worth it.

The helmet color is less obvious.
marktoots
Nice job on your build mate. Being particularly picky I have a couple of things: your pouches are a little too close together and are hiding the ribs on the bund. You need to watch the forearm and bicep armour it seems to have slipped round in the photos they need to line up with the centreline of your shoulder armour when your arms are by your sides - press stubs and velcro will help sort that out. The other thing is (and I know Mickey said he preferred it) but your drop boxes could do with lowering. They need to sit half way between your belt and the thigh elastic. Nothing major
Bobik96
Thank you for the feedback Mark. I'm glad you sorted me out on the bicep and forearm armor. I haven't heard clear definition on where they should rest. They always struck me as a two piece elbow pad rather than forearm and bicep. I have velcro on there. They will rotate around no problem. I'm having fits with those front pouches. They are lined up at the top but I just can't get them to stay lined up with the ribs.
