Bobik96 Posted March 18, 2015 Share Posted March 18, 2015 Another thread said to google a Ragland shirt tutorial. That's what I did two days ago. To sum that up I cut the sleeves off of a t shirt from armpit to 2 inches from the neck. Copied the sleeve shape onto the fabric from the belly area and sandwiched batting between the sleeves.
