Same kit I have. There's a walkthrough on their website for a visual guide of sorts. I sought many references for when their instructions didnt answer some.questions. The lens should be drawn on. Its a pain to cut but the helmet is where I started. I guess I wanted to try on the bucket first. The arm and knee pads are a fairly quick process I found. Sc doesn't put the black border on the snout so you will have to paint that in. For the lens heat the lens very carefully with a heat gun or on a block of wood in the oven on warm for just a min or two. I stuck it with ez600 like.the rest of my helmet and armor. That's a start. Cant wait to watch your progress. Im a new build wip junkie

I wouldn't put the lens in until after you paint it unless you did that already!

So, I am new at this biker scout. Gonna weather it a bit later. but I thought they were good to go as they are ABS gloss white?

Do they require paint for the approval?

I dont think it has to be painted honestly. We have a lancer in my garrison and he's one of two scouts who painted theirs, the other being a shadow scout who bought white armor to save a couple hundred bucks

As far as weathering, like a costume guru taught me, I do it naturally. I have a habit of going rogue during troops. Instead of standing there like a wax sculpture posing endlessly for pics, im off playing with kids and parents. I get dirty and beat up during a good troop and the costume takes its licks. I make my repairs and troop on and i have to say, its looking like more and more like i met an ewok after every troop. Bucket and pads naturally scuffed up, cummerbund and boots naturally dirty. Members of my command staff was telling me at comic con earlier this month that I looked like I had been to Endor

Hi Ronnie

if I am not mistaken, the blaster should not have the trigger.

Please correct me if I am wrong guys.

I think you are correct. Will take it off before I prep and paint. Thanks

Go to Lowe's or Home Depot and grab a cheap hard hat for like 6-7 dollars then keep the liner out of it and throw the hat away. it's what I did...here's a pic of the inside. Use e6000 to glue it in place. It fits like a glove!
