So my SC helmet just arrived however I have hit a small hitch. There are no instructions as per how to assemble the helmet. I dont want to break anything trying to put it together on my own, anyone have any tips?

I went through the same thing with mine this past month. After looking at tons of pictures all over the net I braved it myself. It wasn't that bad and is more intimidating than it actually is. I used E6000 to glue the top and back together, then filled the gap with model putty and went to town with the dremel to sand and smooth it.

For the visor, I just drilled a few holes at various points, again with the dremel, then did a rough cut with it as well. After that I ground it down the rest of the way until it was the shape I wanted and sanded it up nicely.

I just dropped it all off at a friend’s auto body shop yesterday and he's painting it all up for me. I did find that there is a bit of grinding and adjusting though on the sides of the faceplate and peak in order to get it to all line up and sit right. I just went at it slowly and still have some adjustments yet to make but I think I'm getting close to being ready to assemble it all.

I hope some of this helps!

If you email Studio Creations, they have a PDF document with step-by-step instructions that I found very helpful. Enjoy!

Can anyone send me a PDF copy of those instructions, please?

I emailed them last week and they replied that they did not have complete instructions yet.
