Cummerbund and belt attachment

Going to start on building my cummerbund soon. How do you attach the cummerbund to the belt? Any thoughts or pics outvon BSN?

Hey bro the belt and cumberbund are separate. ..

Yes, separate. But to help things to stay where they're supposed to, you can add a piece of velcro both in the front and in the back. Just 2" or so.

Yup I've got mine fixed using three 50mm squares of Velcro also

And Joe, if you can get someone that is skilled with a sewing machine, there is just a small bit of a lip on the rubber belt. (With a BC Kit)

Otherwise, I had to hand sew the rubber belt to a piece of 2" nylon strapping, and then I sewed the cummerbund onto the belt. That way the belt and cummerbund are one piece.

He has some good pictures that show how he did his. (Plus, you can see where the nylon strap is underneath the belt.)

I sewed my rubber belt to the black nylon belt that came with the kit and then I used velcro on the nylon and the cumberbund
