Question about SC lids

I have two questions about the SC lids for those who already have one. Looking around they seem to be a fairly popular choice.

 

What rough measurements constitutes a 'large' head in their view? Wouldn't want to spend 250 on a lid that is too small.

 

The other question is, how easy are these to assemble? I assume aside from some glue, an exacto knife, sand paper and a standard toolkit you wouldn't need much. However, does it come with some form of instructions?

but on a personal note I just had to trade out my SC for a CB because on my 6' 270lb linebacker body it might have physically fit but it didn't have the best overall look.

ah nice one cheers. I'm at 6'5, 230, so I might run into a few length problems. Also, what is CB? Not familiar with that acronym.

I spent the 244$ waiting for it to be in my grasp! Until then just working on other parts of the scout build. Gonna buy my armor probably/hopefully next week.
