cucblack Posted August 7, 2014 Posted August 7, 2014 I don't understood the description or this guy sell a real screen used Helmet? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Biker-scout-Helmet-Star-wars-return-of-the-Jedi-Helm-prop-store-no-Sideshow-/161387653001?pt=Collezioni_diverse&hash=item2593742789
Darth Voorhees Posted August 7, 2014 Posted August 7, 2014 The auction was ended...likely because it was a scam. In one of the pictures it shows the back, and you can see the KS/SC type seam along the dome/back join, aside from that most of us here can tell by the look alone that this is NOT screen used...100% NOT screen used. I mean geez guy...If your gonna try and pull this off, at least use a LW 2
Chef Posted August 7, 2014 Posted August 7, 2014 Fake as a fake thing... Keep an eye on that seller. He's dodgier than a 9 pound note. 2
Ewok Hunter Posted August 7, 2014 Posted August 7, 2014 Fake as a fake thing... Keep an eye on that seller. He's dodgier than a 9 pound note. Guessing that's like us here saying 3 dollar bill? 1
Chex Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 I thought it was funny that he has a Prop Store card with a pic of the screen used helmet on it, and it looked nothing like the helmet on the card lol. 4
CRISTONAMO Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 haha why did he have to wright "no sideshow" in the title? Sideshow does not even make life size helmets! 2
shdwtrpr13 Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 That looks like a KS bucket. Didnt clean up the top seam. And the side connection points are too damn familure
jkno Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 haha why did he have to wright "no sideshow" in the title? Sideshow does not even make life size helmets! That's a trick some ebay sellers do to get visibility. Adding certain high end company names in the title (Sideshow, Attakus, Master Replicas, Gentle Giant etc.) can bait possible buyers to look and then even bid into their auctions.
