Chef
I can't see the pictures all that well for some reason (might be my eyes... it is early). I'd suggest bringing in the pouches, they look very wide. Get the inner edges lined up with the ribbing on the cummerbund. Also, are the pouch flaps vertical side inwards? Rather than diagonal side innermost. I can't quite make it out. If I was being fussy, I'd say the rear closure should be right over left, rather than left over right, not that it should stop clearance. But it does have the big X cross stitch which personally I would try and remove, as this would be a problem should you try and go for Lancer. But it fits well, looks nice and sturdy. Should serve you well.

Chef
Yup, their on the wrong sides unfortunately... Should be diagonal side outermost. Please excuse Emilio (my mannequin), he doesn't dress well.
Bootstrap
Are my pouches to big? There is only about an inch from the bottom of the pouch to the bottom of the Cummerbund
Chef
No, I think they're fine. They should cover the gap between the bottom of your chest plate and the belt anyway. So they're probably just about right.
cucblack
Looks good. I think the end of the flap is narrow (the velcro closure zone) and large. Maybe you could cut the edge (one inch) and thus increase the wide and reduce the high.
4505Marcel
Agreed the bottom of the flap is narrow, but certainly not a clearance issue. The external stitching I'm not sure about either. But will get you cleared I'm sure
Bootstrap
I'm getting there, what do you guys think?
Chef
yeah, that's getting there. Are your pouches on Velcro?? because they need to come in a touch. line the inner edges of the pouches up with the edge of the ribbing and you'll be golden, Don't forget to get some padding in those pouches to give them some shape. Obviously it may need tweaking about a bit when you get your chest plate and belt on. But I don't think there will be any issues. Good job that man. Bubonos
My friend who made mine stuffed them with plastic grocery bags. I cut cardboard to the size I needed to fit so I can maintain shape but keep my phone with me during troops and the other holds my MIC speaker. Now if I could only hide that black wire better! Looks great brother
