For sure! I'm going to be getting a new flight suit sometime soon, and I'm going to have velcro attachments for everything. >=) Mwahaha. But on a side note, rounding my edges? Which ones in particular? I just want to make sure I don't sand them down too badly. >.>

Just the pointed corners on the armor pieces. Round them down (you can use a nickel or bottlecap as a guide) with scissors/shears and give a real quick hit with sanding for polish. I also clipped the sharp coners on my holster when I noticed it digging through the vinyl of the boot.

That's phenomenal. I get tired of the constant poking and stabbing, and it does look like it's trying to kill my boots.

Looking good. I'd round the corner on the shoulder bells, and add the 1/2" elastic on the upper part of the knees (I can't see it), makes them sit a bit better.
