LadySewForUs was a primary go to person for scout soft parts, but her real life took over, quality lacked, and then she just quit, leaving many orders unfulfilled and people out of money. There are quality people out there spread out in Garrisons that can sew and make this stuff, but most of them only do local, or aren't ready to open themselves up. MC, and Marcel both do pouch and bunds. Also, we have patterns here. Nothing saying you couldn't print them out and find a local person or business that could possibly make that for you.

 

To Echo what Jim said though, keep this topic on track. CS will get in touch with CB and see what's going on, in regards to the bad tracking numbers.

Thanks Chex. After seeing how cheap material is I am just gonna buy a sewing machine and practice making stuff... Most I stand to lose is a couple dollars and best case is learn a new skill.

Really sad read this thread. Is too easy damage years of work.

Is correct that this year, specifically this last months my post office has been serious problems with the dispatch and sometimes they gave me wrong information about the shipment status. Problems that I explained in detailed to some impatiens people.

Unfortunately, here in Bolivia, the things are different to others country, states company like post office has not not technology, people too informal and not capacity to make a good job, etc.

Fortunately there was a completely internal change and now the things are better.

Also tried to find a optional shipping way but is too expensive.

Is not my intention make businesses here. In fact I not offer or sale products in this forum. All sales are for members that contact me. My intention here is show, support and be supported to try to make a better prop replica.

Tim, I hope you receive soon yours package. And thanks to others that understanding this issue and who have patience.

We need to relize not everyone has a reputable post office. I ordered a flightsuit from another company in South America. I too was given a couple diffrent shipping numbers. When I finally did recive my package, it was an empty bag. No tears, rips or holes. An intact DHL bag was mailed to me empty. The vendor said people at the post office steal items & resell for thier own profit. As for Christian I stand behind him. We agreed on a price & approximate delivery time. He was in constant communication when I had questions. The helmet arrived 5 days after the delivery date. This was acceptable to me, because I know not everyone has new working trucks, planes ect to deliver mail. Christian is a stand up guy & makes great product.

I just checked my tracking number with USPS and my order is in Florida working its way through US Customs. Hopefully wont take too long. I want to give a hand to Cucblack for being great with communications. I did get the incorrect tracking number in the beginning but its understandable. The important thing to me is the quick responses to questions. Thanks Christian. and I hope you get your order soon as well Punisha and anyone else in the same boat.

Waiting patiently for my package. Once it leaves Bolivia and makes it's way to Canada it will need to go on the dog sled through the frozen north. Then it will transfer to reindeer sleigh for the final leg of the journey. Santa's reindeer act as postal delivery in Canada during the off season. :D

For what it's worth, I will still endorse Christian, and buy from him. He hasn't done anything wrong. All this anger directed at him, I feel is misplaced. None of us have ANY control whatsoever about shipping times. You can't control what's mailed next door, much less what's mailed around the world.

 

Guys, crap happens that is always out of our control. I know it's known, but you can't control what will happen anywhere, anytime. Whether you wake up tomorrow, or if your loved ones make it to and from their errands safely. Fates will interfere, and things will happen. You can't make excuses, and you can't get angry about it... It's just life.

 

I feel like all of the packages Christian has mailed were mailed. They will arrive. And while I know this will possibly draw unwanted attention my way, I feel like each of you that has badmouthed Christian and his efforts that were beyond his control will owe the dude an apology when they get what they ordered, if not before. You trusted the guy enough to send him money. Please have patience enough to wait for what you ordered. The guy does not have to do any of this for any of us. He does it to help out. He's a member of this community, and as such, your neighbor and your friend. We are tried by common bonds. And there is no need for hatred over delays.

 

I'm not some kind of tree hugger, or anything, but There are enough problems and drama in the world. We don't need it here.

 

Christian, Thank you for the items you custom made for me, and Thank you for being an upstanding member of this community. May you always be well. If the time comes when I need to, I will purchase from you again and again.

Sound wave, I'm not angry at all. I simply asked about vendors bc his shipping isn't reliable right now. I was surprised he offered and charged me expedited shipping considering his troubles. I'm sure and quality is there. I'm sure it's all shipped. I'm just saying be upfront about the timeframes.
