I was a little intimidated after opening the box and seeing half pieces... that will need to be put together, seamlessly........... Great. And I thought making minimal gaps with the TK ears were a challenge. Darth Voorhees Posted May 22, 2014 Share Posted May 22, 2014 Nice...im guessing you got that from Walt. Its a nice helmet and he included my old DVH snout with it Don't be too intimidated by it. What i do is try and make the 2 halves as even as possible, then glue the inside strips in on one side first, leaving a "tab" sticking out to attach the other half to...then the other side can go on much easier. I have done hardly any research... not to mention, I have never use a filler and attempted to sand it to perfection. ....you want to build my second one ;) ;) I am really getting swapped in projects. I want to start working on my mando again... but maybe just doing Bo Katan since shes Canon and Rav Bralor is not.
