Bootstrap Posted May 18, 2014 Share Posted May 18, 2014 Getting started on the boots today but had a question on the boots I'm using. Right now I have a used pair tan (desert) combat boots. You do as you say have loose and wrinkled areas. Our family loves the brand, and my crappy spine really limits what I can wear. I liked the fact that they have a little taller heel, similar to the originals. All soles should be carvable, it's just the amount of elbow grease you might have to put into the cutting.
