Biker Scout Helmet Question

Hello my Name is Tobias from the German Garrison,

 

and I have Question about a Biker Scout Helmt.

 

I found this Helmet in the www. and just wanted to ask if this an acceptable Helmet or if its Ewok fodder?

I have learned to avoid Ebay. It is hard to tell what type it is and the person selling it has a zero rating. You might want to be careful.

Although it looks nice, we do not have any current members who have purchased it. Use caution, there are better options available.

The discussion about this helmet has gone around this forum for at least a year now. About this time last year we discussed it and there wasn't anyone that had taken the bate on this helmet. As mentioned before, buyer beware on ebay. All I can say is that this helmet isn't proven unless someone has it.

I came very close to buying this helmet recently. I decided to go with a CB as other members have purchased from him and he has proven to provide 501st acceptable items.

this is a NI helmet, it looks good and it's fiberglass, I almost bought this one my self but no one on BSN could vouch for the seller.

 

he has a web site (as well as eBay) where he sells these helmets as well as other SW helmets......

Hi i'm christophe from france try to make my costume as well, i bought this helmet from him and i got it today. what can i say is simple DON'T BUY IT !!!! too big for the head, moving, not comfortable. he says many customers bought them from 501 st. It's lie. This helmet is just for display. I was Fuc"#d don't be. Now i'm looking for something accurate and light to wear during conventions. Any ideas ? Thanks
