Help on boxes

How did some of you get your pouches to stay firm like a box.

My duck cloth pouches have nothing in them to stay firm right now but I am looking for ideas to change that.

A tupperware sandwich box is perfect. Plus, waterproof for rainy troops.

You stuffed Tupperware inside the boxes? Or sewed them inside the duck cloth?

I've got a pair of foam blocks inside mine, but a garrison-mate is making plastic box inserts for his and is planning to offer them to others at some point. I swear there was someone overseas that offered boxes as well.

I just use foam from the fabric store. I cut out a spot for my phone and my wallet.

Foam block in one side, and in the other, I had an old card box that fit perfectly. I've put Velcro inside at strategic points & stuck my ROM/FX in there. Then they're both covered in the same fabric as the bund is made from.

Foam but round the edges a lot as you don't want them over box shape

Go and buy yourself a sheet of coreflute. That's what I've made my internal boxes out of. It's strong, light and it fits perfectly.

Measure the size if your pouches and score and fold it accordingly.
