Guest Slider CMF
So SC is going to be my armor and helmet maker of choice. anyone give me the pros and cons on this idea? before i click to purchase? lol, Thanks, Ryan
jyjellyfish77
All pros as far as I can say with the armor. Great service and fast turn around. Great explanation for the armor build. I can't comment on the helmet because I went for the fiberglass MLC. I've heard that the SC helmet is a little smaller than the other ABS ones like KS. Good luck on your build. EnigmaEngine
Pretty much what he said. The service is excellent, the shipping is fast. I'm 6'3" and 230 lbs; it fit me with no trimming aside from rounding some corners. I did have to pick up some extra material for the back of the belt and elastic, but that's because I Am Huge and Have Huge Guts. I thought I was missing the vinyl for the tank stripes/rank bars, emailed them, got an almost immediate reply saying they should be in the envelope the instructions came in, looked again....yup. In the very bottom. Clearly I didn't see them because of Force persuasion. Some Jedi didn't want me finishing my suit.

Guest drbored
Good to know! Me and a friend are going to be looking at suiting up, so it's good to know SC has such a good reputation for armor. That really takes care of a huge chunk of the costume, no?
