A question on sound

Hey gang...

 

Just a couple of questions....

 

I am in the process of putting together my Snow Scout rig and have been picking up pieces as I go...

yesterday, I spent some time with local TB brother, TB7024 working on some armor and getting some

ideas. Looking thru Zach's gear, I noticed that he only uses a small amp speaker for helmet transmission...

I did some searching on the internet and found a few references to different gear etc.... in particular

the ROMFX...

 

But being in the States, I was just curious if anyone had attempted to do something similar with

and arduino???? I know I have used them quite a bit in my R2 build for various things from

lights to pre-recorded sound effects to opening doors... just wondered if anyone had tried.
