Lancer boots in the works...

Here is my first boot. Obviously, only the Sole has been worked on so far. Can anyone tell me if this would pass Lancer scrutiny and if there is anything I need to do before I continue with the other boot? Thanks!

Nice boots how long did it take you to cut the soles?

 

On a side note, the only thing I can possibly see not 100% accurate, is that the horizontal line should be slightly deeper than the outer sections of the sole, see the left picture:

 

Still, that only matters if your completely OCD...

 

But hey, Marcel's boots with no horizontal stripe passes, This is one step further, I don't see any reason why not... Unless I don't know something everybody else does

Thanks for the feedback. It took me about 2 hrs to complete the one boot. I might try to deepen the horizontals later.

Looks good. I would notch out the part where the heel starts and make it a straight 90 degree angle, instead of the slight angle that it has. Make sense?
