4505Marcel Posted August 17, 2013 Share Posted August 17, 2013 Lancer specs say "VERTICLE" cuts soles to "replicate" a screen boot. There is no mention of the horizontal cuts, lancer is a next step from basic standards. It is NOT 100% accurate as we all know, there is still areas that can be improved. But where does it end without becoming over anal about it, we have very little lancer applicants as it is, 1 or 2 this year. Making things even harder will just kill the whole thing in my mind. I wouldn't want to see the BSN forced into a elite detachment. We do just fine being the friendly place it is.
