Guest SUP_Ronin
Hi, I'm new here and still trying to find my way around. I'm quickly getting a bit overwhelmed with all the posts about modifying this and that to be more accurate. I have a helmet from KS on the way sometime within the next 3 months? Hopefully sooner. So while I wait, I'd like to start assembling the stuff I'll need when it arrives. Since I'm apparently going to have to rework the snout to some degree, I want to add the proper parts. By this I mean Decals and what everyone calls greeblies?, as well as sorting out a mic/voice amplifier. Is there a standard go to person/source for the proper helmet add ons? I'm looking for specific sources or info on: a quality bucket decal set (people don't seem to like KS standard decals). Complete Microphone/amplifer sets or at least the various pieces I'll need. I like the head mic idea so I don't have wiring attached to the lid. Correct Nose pieces and (greeblies?) I'm not really sure what greeblies are other than various bits and pieces use for more accurate detailing? I'm sure there are a dozen thread out there covering these topics, so please forgive my repetition, but I'm having a hard time sorting it out between all the opinions and all the various helmet styles. Thank you for your help. My helmet is Kropserkel so if we could focus on the upgrades for that model, it'd really help me and probably some other folks as well. Much appreciated, Nate. Chex
Check the for sale section. There should be a thread where you can order the correct hinge bolt covers. As for your snout. You can order one through MC, or Darth Voorhies. The decal set you can get from trooper bay.
