Red Kap sizing

I am looking at the Red Kap CT16 jumpsuit on Amazon and I had a question about sizing for anyone who has bought them. I see the normal listing of sizes, 34 regular, ect. But there is also a size 6????

 

Anyone know what this size really is?

I got mine from Automotive Workwear and the sizing is pretty straight forward.
