Where do you find 35mm black elastic?

So in my quest to build my SC armor to lancer spec I need some 1 3/8 in (35mm) black elastic and can't seem to find anywhere that actually sells that size. Does anyone have a source here in the US for this? It doesn't seem to be a standard size, places like Strapworks.com don't carry it. Any help would be great.

Hard to find in the US. I use black elastic suspenders in 35mm...hit up eBay and you can find them for under $10. There's more than enough to do one scout setup (biceps and shoulders).
