Base boots Ok?

Saw these boots pics below, can anyone advise if ok for base boots. I am aiming for Lancer so know everything must be spot on.

I've noticed a line etched in the sole but think that can be removed.

My problem is I am UK size 2.5 roughly size 4 US so struggle to find anything to fit. These are kids boots.

Yep those are fine, and what I would use hun. When you cut the slots in the heel, cut upto that line in the sole
