There is no hard and fast rules to say how the vest should be, but from these pictures from my tutorial below... We can deduce that the sleeves are padded with a single area of padding, the closure is 2" up the back, the neckline is very wide extending almost (in not under) the shoulder bells. His sales can be found on eBay - which I wouldn't typically recommend due to past experiences. He will custom tailor it to your exact measurements.
