As for the black bicep elastic needing to be 1 3/8 v 1.5 - come on, really? Is anyone going to notice the difference of 1/8"? Unless someone had their hands on an archives costume and confirmed beyond shadow of a doubt it is 1 3/8" for the bicep (did I miss a thread?) then I'd *think* that for lancer it could be stated "1 3/8" or 1.5" ?
