Hey guys Donovan here wondering how you keep armor parts from slipping like the biceps forearmed and knees.do u have tight elastic or do you attach Velcro to the armor piece and the flight suit?

Velcro is the solution. One piece of adhesive velcro on the armor part, and a corresponding piece sewn on to the flight suit.

Yup, or go one further and add a pop stud into the middle of your velcro patch....

That's my method and it's what I term "trooper-proof"

Velcro is the cure all for slippage lol. Adding a snap, or as Chef would say, a popper, just adds to the security.

Ok that's what I thought.so do I sew the Velcro on the suit?

Yes, remember to buy some sew-on velcro for that. If you try to sew in the adhesive kind you'll run into problems. The glue sticks to the needle, which makes the needle stick to the thread, which will not work very well.
