Neck Seal or no?

Was wondering if this is still ok, cause I don't see it in the costume standards and it kinda sounds like you use just velcrod up colar with a balacava?

Agreed. All you need is a balaclava at this point.

Gentlemen, I'm a big believer "watch the movie" and we all noticed there was one with a neck seal ..most likely a stand in from wearing the stormtrooper. At the moment a balaclava seems to be the norm. But don't go making absolutes when the movie itself can give doubt.

Yes, but officially, since its not in the CRL, its not currently approvable. There are lots of oddities, one-offs, and flubbs we see on screen with various costumes, but that doesn't mean they were intended to be the norm for that character. I'm pretty sure there was a scout with a vest that closed up the front as well, but that isn't considered approvable either.
